As a premier Catholic institution in the province of Aurora, region III, the Mount Carmel College of Baler [MCC-B] is mandated to perform the three-fold functions if instruction, research and extension and productivity. To operationalize its research functions, its mandates are to initiate, undertake, coordinate and integrate the research efforts of the institution in relation to the parish, community, prelature, region III and even national development goals. The Research and Development thrusts of the Mount Carmel College- Baler are focused on the priority areas set by the institution itself and as stipulated in its Mission-Vision Statement the HOLISTIC HUMAM FORMATION imbued with the Carmelian spirit of Prayer, Compassion and Prophetic Action.
The Center for Research and Development Office is chaired by a coordinator. It is located at the ground floor of MCC-Annex building in Barangay Pingit, Baler, Aurora. It houses pertinent research related papers as well as a few archival materials/documents of Mount Carmel College-Baler.
