About TCF

The Carmelian Faces (TCF) is the official student publication of Mount Carmel College Baler's Higher Education Department which consists aspiring writers and journalists from the different college departments in the campus. TCF aims to deliver the most relevant information and nothing short of the truth to fellow Carmelians through accessible modes of publication. It is an organization solely committed to honing the students' journalistic and leadership skills as well as to the institution's vision and mission of producing productive and responsible members of society who live "the Carmelian Spirit of Prayer, Compassion and Prophetic Action".
