OBJECTIVES
- To create, compile, and manage a collection of printed and non-printed items, including audiovisual materials, to satisfy the informational, educational, and associated needs of the library's patrons.
- To support the institution's research and institution programs through creating and disseminating bibliographic and reference guides and suitable information services.
- To encourage patrons of the library to be aware of and make use of the library's resources and services.
- To encourage the formation and preservation of lifelong reading and learning habits.
