Mount Carmel College of Baler is a Catholic educational institution in the Prelature of Infanta. She's a member of the Carmel School's in the Prelature of Infanta and was founded by the Discalced Carmelites Fathers (OCD).
CASPI as an association of catholic schools in the Prelature served as a mission partner in building the "Church of the Poor". It is composed of 13 schools and one of them is Mount Carmel College of Baler which was founded in 1948, the oldest member of the CASPI. As an educational association of Catholic schools, the CASPI's thrust of holistic human formation is always at its center.
In order to realize its mission and vision, the CASPI General Assembly was so designed as ‘venue' wherein all its teaching forces and support personnel met every three years to deepen everyone's commitment as steward, servant-leader, and a true Carmelian.
Since 1974, twenty-four [24] general assemblies were already conducted in different CASPI's schools of which eight [8] of them were hosted by Mount Carmel College - Baler.

The thrust of the Prelature is the thrust of the Mount Carmel College. CASPI in the service of the Catholic Education in partnership with the home and the community.
